What is ZERUP?

ZERUP is a concentrated drink syrup without sugar. Instead of sugar, ZERUP uses glycerin as carrier and is sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose, which is why a prepared glass contains 0 g sugar and almost no calories. Because it is highly concentrated, you only need about 4 ml for a 500 ml glass. The bottle looks small because the water is not in it yet.

How to use ZERUP

• Syrup first: squeeze about 4 ml of ZERUP into your glass or bottle.
• Water second: top up with 500 ml of cold still or sparkling water. It mixes almost by itself.
• Adjust to taste: a little more for a stronger drink over ice, a little less for a light one.
• Keep it cold: close the bottle and store it in the fridge after opening. It keeps for three months.

For a party jug, use around 40 ml of ZERUP for five litres of water. If you use a sparkling water maker, carbonate the water first and add ZERUP afterwards to keep the fizz.
