Ten flavours is a lovely problem to have, but where do you start? This guide walks through every ZERUP flavour: what it tastes like, how to serve it and when it shines. If you know what you usually drink today, you'll find your match in seconds.

All ten ZERUP flavours have the same essentials: 0 g sugar per glass, caffeine-free, halal certified and vegan, and AED 19 per bottle. Only the taste changes.

How ZERUP works, in 20 seconds

• Syrup first: about 4 ml in your glass or bottle.
• Water second: 500 ml of cold still or sparkling water. It mixes almost by itself.
• Adjust: a bit more for a bolder drink over ice, a bit less for a lighter one.
• Store: once opened, keep the bottle closed in the fridge; it keeps for three months.

One 65 ml bottle makes 8+ litres, around 16 glasses of 500 ml, so roughly AED 2.40 per litre.

Peach Iced Tea

Soft, ripe peach first, smooth black-tea notes underneath, and a clean finish rather than a syrupy one. The natural switch for anyone who buys bottled peach iced tea. Best with: still water and plenty of ice. Try it: with a slice of lemon, or half-and-half with Lemon Iced Tea.

Lemon Iced Tea

Sharp lemon over tea with a bright sour edge: the most refreshing bottle in the range on a 40-degree day. Best with: cold still water and a sprig of mint. Try it: as a lemon-mint cooler with crushed ice.

The fruity flavours

Mango

Full, ripe and generous: the taste of a UAE summer without the sugar of mango juice. Best with: still water over crushed ice. Try it: with lime and a pinch of chilli-salt on the rim for a grown-up cooler.

Blackberry

Deep, dark fruit with just enough tartness. It holds its flavour all the way down the glass. Best with: sparkling water and a slice of lime. Try it: with frozen berries as "ice cubes".

Green Apple

Crisp, sour and the sharpest flavour we make. When the afternoon slump hits, this is the wake-up bottle. Best with: sparkling water over ice. Try it: with cucumber ribbons for a spa-style cooler.

Blue Raspberry

Sweet-tart blue raspberry with a fun, candy-like character. A favourite for parties and for anyone who misses brightly flavoured drinks. Best with: still or sparkling water and lots of ice. Try it: frozen into ice cubes.

Dragonfruit Passionfruit

Tropical and faintly floral, with a lemon-lime lift. The most interesting bottle in the range. Best with: very cold sparkling water. Try it: with fresh lime and mint as a mojito-style mocktail.

Orange

The orange soda everyone remembers from childhood, made without sugar. Juicy and instantly familiar. Best with: sparkling water for the full soda effect. Try it: with a few drops of orange blossom water.

Cola Orange

Cola with a twist of orange, sharp enough to hold its own in sparkling water. Best with: ice-cold sparkling water and an orange wedge. Try it: with fresh lime for a sugar-free "cola lime".

First Heaven

The classic energy-drink flavour profile, sweet and tart at once, without the sugar and without the can. It's all about the taste: like every ZERUP flavour, it is caffeine-free. Best with: sparkling water, very cold.

Using a sparkling water maker? Carbonate the water first, then add the syrup. Adding syrup before carbonating can cause foaming.
